a South African-born, Xhosa-speaking language teacher passionate about helping others connect with isiXhosa and its beautiful culture. 🇿🇦
I’ve been teaching isiXhosa online since 2020, but my love for languages began much earlier. I studied Theology and Linguistics, earned my TEFL certification, and have spent years exploring creativex, effective ways to make language learning engaging and accessible — especially for beginners.
Like many of my students, I once had to relearn and deepen my own knowledge of isiXhosa, so I understand the challenges of starting from scratch. That experience shapes how I teach: with patience, energy, and a deep respect for the journey.
What started as one-on-one classes quickly grew into something bigger — and now, through this course, I’m excited to help even more learners discover the joy of understanding, speaking, and connecting in isiXhosa.
